EPAM Systems, Inc. seeks a Lead/Senior Business Analyst with deep Life Sciences knowledge to translate complex processes into BRDs and functional specs.

You will leverage GenAI tools, LLM assistants, and low-code/no-code platforms to rapidly develop proofs of concept, guiding stakeholders and IT teams through iterative delivery of AI-powered solutions. The role requires 7–15 years IT experience with strong requirements gathering, BRD/FRD creation, and agile practice, across R&D, regulatory
