• Background in Life Sciences domain, including Molecular Biology concepts.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders across R&D, clinical trials, regulatory affairs, or commercial operations to understand complex business workflows.
• Translate business needs into clear BRDs, FRDs, and functional specifications.
• Leverage GenAI tools, LLM assistants, and low-code/no-code platforms to rapidly build Proof of Concepts.
• Drive stakeholder alignment throughout the requirement gathering and solution validation process.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and support iterative delivery of AI-driven solutions.
• Evaluate AI Agents frameworks and recommend suitable approaches for business problems.
• Validate prototypes with end users and refine based on feedback.
• Act as a liaison between business teams and technical teams to ensure solution feasibility.
