EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Lead Data Scientist to drive AI initiatives across client projects. You will lead end-to-end data science work, from data prep to deploying production models, leveraging Python, SQL, and NLP techniques.

Join a collaborative, multi-national team and influence project delivery, ML Ops, and knowledge sharing while shaping scalable, business-ready AI solutions.

Competenze

• 9+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on Data Science.
• At least 1 year in a leadership capacity.
• Strong grasp of statistical data analysis, machine learning, and NLP.
• Hands-on experience building AI solutions involving classification, clustering, anomaly detection, and NLP.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL in production-level coding and data analysis.
• Knowledge of ML Ops, model development pipelines, and feature engineering.
• Ability to build business-accessible models and work with GitLab/Jira.
• Excellent English communication (B2+).
