Job summary

Adani Transmission seeks an experienced sales and advertising leader to drive client acquisition and manage high-value campaigns in Jaipur, including near Jaipur International Airport. The role focuses on building long-term client relationships, tailoring OOH solutions, and achieving revenue targets.

You will collaborate with internal teams, explore agency partnerships, and mentor junior staff to boost overall sales effectiveness in a rapidly evolving market.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of experience in sales, marketing, advertising or related fields.
• Out-of-home (OOH) media / visual advertising experience is must

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of sales strategies to achieve revenue goals and enhance market presence.
• Manage a sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and conversion of potential leads into successful advertising campaigns.
• Identify and acquire new clients through research, targeted outreach, and networking initiatives.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to secure repeat business and enhance loyalty.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their advertising needs and propose tailored solutions that align with their objectives.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets through effective negotiation, upselling, and cross-selling of advertising services.
• Develop and present customized proposals that maximize client ROI and advertising impact.
• Work with internal teams to leverage cross-departmental expertise and deliver comprehensive advertising solutions.
• Explore opportunities to form partnerships with agencies and brands, contributing to wider advertising campaigns and initiatives.
• Track and report on individual and team sales performance, providing insights for process improvements and strategy refinements.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and inform decision-making.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to contribute to sales strategies for large-scale advertising projects.
• Mentor junior team members, sharing best practices and providing guidance to enhance overall team productivity.
