The opportunity : The Relationship Manager will be responsiblefor driving strategic partnerships with banks to accelerate NPCI’s CreditCard business growth. This role demands strong expertise in card and digitalpayments, deep understanding of credit card network led incentive structure,proven ability to manage relationships, and portfolio analysis and growthinitiatives.
Build and nurture strong relationship withpartner banks to drive credit card issuance and portfolio growth.
Accountable for achieving business targets,enhancing product penetration across NPCI offerings, and ensuring incrementalgrowth.
Ensure regular engagement with seniorstakeholders at partner banks through structured reviews and visits.
Coordinate with banks and internalproduct/operations teams to resolve customer complaints and queries withindefined TATs, ensuring customer delight.
Lead end-to-end execution of credit carddeals, incentive programs, and portfolio activation initiatives.
Utilize analytical tools to monitorperformance, identify growth opportunities, and optimize strategies.
Co-create newer campaigns / initiatives withpartner banks to improve the portfolio quality and growth.
Perform competitive benchmarking to align thepartner bank on what’s best and drive the strategy towards execution.
Rich experience in Cards & DigitalPayments with strong domain expertise.
Proven track record in credit card dealstructuring and execution.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, andanalytical skills.
Strong stakeholder management and ability toinfluence senior decision-makers.
Familiarity with data analytics tools forbusiness insights and performance tracking.
