Biorev Studios | 3D Rendering Studio is seeking a proactive Senior/Lead- Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment, focusing on campus hiring, walk-in drives, in-house recruitment, and interview coordination. The role demands strong communication and the ability to juggle multiple hiring activities.

The candidate will liaise with colleges, coordinate drives, screen CVs, and ensure timely closures while maintaining recruitment trackers and ATS records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, BA or related field.
• 6–8 years of recruitment/talent acquisition experience.
• Campus hiring, walk-in drives, or volume hiring experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and ATS tools.
• Ability to manage multiple positions and maintain pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Campus Hiring: Plan and coordinate campus recruitment drives with colleges and institutes.
• Walk-in Interview Management: Organize drives and source candidates; coordinate with sourcing channels.
• In-House Hiring: Source candidates; screen CVs; conduct initial telephonic/virtual interviews.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews, share details, track feedback and follow-up.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and ATS records; ensure timely closure of positions.

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Senior/Lead- Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities, with a primary focus on campus hiring, walk-in drives, in-house recruitment, and interview coordination. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, good candidate-handling abilities, and the ability to manage multiple hiring activities simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

• Campus Hiring
• Plan and coordinate campus recruitment drives with colleges, universities, and educational institutes.
• Establish and maintain relationships with placement cells and college representatives.
• Source and screen candidates through campus drives and institutional tie-ups.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate further rounds of interviews.
• Maintain records and recruitment data for campus hiring activities.
• Walk-in Interview Management
• Plan and organize walk-in interview drives based on hiring requirements.
• Promote walk-in drives through appropriate sourcing channels.
• Handle candidate registration, initial screening, and interview flow.
• Coordinate with hiring managers/interviewers to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
• Maintain daily/weekly walk-in recruitment reports and candidate status.
• In-House Hiring
• Understand manpower requirements and job specifications from hiring managers.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, databases, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen CVs and conduct initial telephonic/virtual interviews.
• Assess candidates based on skills, experience, communication, and role requirements.
• Maintain an active candidate pipeline for current and upcoming positions.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Ensure timely closure of assigned positions.
• Interview CoordinationSchedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Share interview details, meeting links, and relevant information with candidates.
• Track interview feedback and ensure timely follow-up with stakeholders.
• Coordinate subsequent interview rounds and assessments.
• Keep candidates informed about interview status and next steps.
• Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and ATS records.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 6–8 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition preferred.
• Experience in campus hiring, walk-in drives, or volume hiring will be an advantage.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good candidate sourcing and screening abilities.
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple positions and recruitment activities simultaneously.
• Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and recruitment/ATS tools.
• Positive attitude, ownership, and ability to work in a target-driven environment.
