Job summary

Scaleneworks invites experienced Recruitment Consultants to join our growing placements & search team in Bengaluru. The role covers end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to closure, requiring strong skills in candidate screening and stakeholder management, with focus on leadership hiring across tech or non-tech domains.

The position is hybrid, based in Bengaluru (Indiranagar area), offering opportunity to build deep candidate pipelines and work with multiple mandates while maintaining quality

Qualifications

• 2–8 years of recruitment or leadership hiring experience.
• Experience in tech or non-tech sectors.
• Hybrid Bengaluru role with Indiranagar-based profiles.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to candidate closure.
• Translate client requirements into effective sourcing strategies.
• Source candidates via Naukri, LinkedIn, portals, databases, references, social media and other channels.
• Screen candidates and conduct preliminary interviews to assess fit, compensation and notice period.
• Shortlist and share relevant profiles with clients within defined timelines.
• Coordinate interviews, feedback, offer discussions and joining formalities.
• Maintain regular follow-up with candidates and build a strong talent pipeline.
• Collaborate with clients/hiring managers to understand requirements and market availability.

Role & responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to candidate closure.
• Understand client requirements and translate JDs into effective sourcing strategies.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, databases, references, social media and other channels.
• Conduct candidate screening and preliminary interviews to assess experience, skills, compensation, notice period and suitability.
• Shortlist and share relevant profiles with clients within defined timelines.
• Coordinate interviews, feedback, offer discussions and joining formalities.
• Maintain regular follow-up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline and talent pool across assigned functions.
• Work closely with clients/hiring managers to understand requirements, feedback and market availability.
• Handle multiple mandates simultaneously while ensuring quality and TAT.
• Maintain accurate recruitment MIS, trackers and daily/weekly hiring reports.
• Develop strong relationships with candidates and existing/new clients.
• Achieve individual and team-level sourcing, submission, interview and closure targets.

Preferred candidate profile

We are looking for experienced Recruitment / Search Consultants to join our growing team in placements & search - (No RPO / Staffing / C2H) If you have a knack for identifying talent and enjoy the thrill of closing complex mandates, we want to hear from you.

Experience: 2-8 years in Recruitment / Leadership Hiring.
Domain: Expertise in either Tech or Non-Tech sectors.
Role: Managing end-to-end requirement / mandates for leadership roles.
Locations: Bengaluru - hybrid - 3 days from office - Indiranagar (only bangalore based profiles)
