Responsibilities
- Source land, redevelopment, JDA/JV and strategic development opportunities across Mumbai.
- Build and leverage relationships with landowners, brokers, consultants and intermediaries.
- Evaluate development potential, transaction economics and commercial viability.
- Assess land cost, revenue potential, development costs and project returns.
- Structure and negotiate acquisitions, JVs, JDAs and other development partnerships.
- Coordinate legal, title, technical, financial and regulatory due diligence.
- Drive transactions through documentation and closure.
- Work with design, liaison, finance, legal, sales and project teams to take projects towards launch.

- Good understanding of DCPR 2034 and Mumbai development regulations
- Strong financial and commercial understanding, including project feasibility and transaction structuring
- Proven negotiation and transaction management skills
- Strong network of landowners, brokers and real estate intermediaries would be a significant advantage
- Ability to independently drive opportunities from sourcing -> evaluation -> negotiation -> due diligence -> closure
