Lead the complete development lifecycle, from land identification, feasibility, master planning, and approvals to construction, commercialisation, and monetisation.
Identify and evaluate new development opportunities, redevelopment projects, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships.
Oversee large-scale projects, ensuring timely delivery, cost optimisation, quality, and regulatory compliance.
Evaluate project investments, financial feasibility, ROI, IRR, and development economics.
Build and lead multi-disciplinary development teams across India.
Manage relationships with developers, consultants, contractors, investors, and regulatory authorities.

This is a strategic leadership opportunity for a professional with proven expertise in end‑to‑end real estate development, large‑scale project execution, investment feasibility, and asset monetization, with a strong focus on industrial, logistics, warehousing, and commercial developments.
