Responsibilities

• Conduct structural steel analysis and design of jackets and topsides.

Job description

Role & responsibilities

• Candidate should be conversant with pre-service & in-service Structural steel analysis & design of Jackets & Topsides using applicable American / European codes codes and standards.
• Should have relevant experience in making Structural Design Basis, preparation of structural MTO, interface management with other Disciplines for Load inputs and preparation and reveiw of Weight Control report
• Should have good exposure to engineering of Loadout, Sea Fastening, Transportation & Installation of Offshore Structures.
• Should have good experiencing coordination and closing technical requirement with loadout Contractors, T&I Contractors

Preferred candidate profile

Thorough with Inplace/Loadout/Transportation/Lift/Seismic/Upending/Fatigue/Boat

• impact/ Pushover/Pile drivability /Pile soil interaction analysis, Connection design, Load
• deformation curves, Platform mudmat design, Axial Pile capacity calculation.
• Familiarity with aspects of loadout, transportation and installation.
• Conversant with AISC, API2A, ISO and Offshore Industry Practices.
• Conversant with SACS, STAAD Pro, MATLAB, GRLWEAP, USFOS softwares.
