Job summary

Technip Energies in Mumbai seeks an Engineer - Offshore Structures with 10+ years' FEED and detail engineering experience on fixed/floating offshore facilities. You will contribute to design deliveries for EPCIC projects, work under the HOD – Offshore Structural, and coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams.

The role requires strong knowledge of structural analysis, code compliance (API RP-2A, NORSOK, ISO 19900) and hands-on use of SACS, Navisworks or similar tools.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in FEED, design & detail for EPCIC offshore projects.
• Experience with fixed/floating offshore production facilities.
• Proficient in structural analysis and design of topside decks, jackets, FPSO modules.
• Knowledge of API RP-2A (WSD), NORSOK N-004, EURO-3, ISO 19900 series.

Responsibilities

• Lead FEED and detailed design activities for EPCIC projects.
• Perform structural analysis of topside, jackets, FPSO modules.
• Prepare structural design reports and MTOs.
• Review 3D models using Navisworks/Smart Plant Review.
• Ensure compliance with relevant codes and standards.

Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a Engineer - Offshore Structures, reporting directly to HOD – Offshore Structural to join our Offshore Structural team based in Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Experience in FEED, Design & detail engineering of EPCIC Projects of Fixed/Floating Offshore Oil & Gas production/processing facilities.
• Candidate shall have good exposures to Structural analysis and design of Topside decks and/or Jackets and/or FPSO modules.
• Well versed with API-RP-2A (WSD), AISC-ASD and other relevant codes and standards such as NORSOK N-004, EURO-3, ISO 19900 series of Offshore codes.
• Candidate should have good experience in using SACS for Pre-service and In-service analysis of Topside decks, Jackets and FPSO modules.
• Candidate should be able to carry out these analysis independently and prepare Structural design reports and generate MTOs.
• Should have good experience in Structural drawing checking and preparation of Weight Control reports. Candidate should have experience of reviewing 3D models using Navisworks/Smart plant review.
