Job summary

ACG World in India is seeking a candidate to analyse automation/improvement opportunities from a business perspective and collaborate with stakeholders to implement feasible solutions. The role involves coordinating with SMEs to create URS for automation projects, vendor selection, pilots, and knowledge transfer, with documentation of SOP updates for future reference.

The incumbent will drive project dashboards, track progress in MIS, and ensure timely delivery across sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in planning and executing automation/improvement initiatives.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and feasible solutions.

Responsibilities

• Analyse automation/improvement opportunities from a business perspective to prioritise initiatives for implementation.
• Work jointly with key stakeholders to identify pros and cons at an operational level and accordingly arrive at a feasible solution for implementation.
• Collaborate with SMEs to create the URS for automation project and validating the various solutions for improvement project.
• Vendor identification for the automation/ improvement projects.
• Customise the standard offerings of the vendors to meet our requirements.
• Plan and drive the pilot implementation of the automation/ improvement projects along with the identified core team.
• Review any new proposed project layout for new sites from an automation perspective and suggest changes to CPT/ TTT.
• Interface with TTT/ Operations/ CPT for knowledge transfer upon completion of pilot automation/ improvement projects for future.
• Review all the SOPs/ documents that are impacted by automation/ improvement projects and modify/ create the same for future reference and seamless handover.
