Job summary

Skillventory is seeking an experienced Operations leader in Maharashtra to establish end-to-end workflows for Retail Asset Loan products and drive governance dashboards for productivity and TAT management.

The role requires RBI regulatory knowledge, SOP design expertise, and strong people management to build a high-performing team and partner with Tech for system interface improvements.

Qualifications

• NBFC/Banking operations lifecycle knowledge.
• Regulatory frameworks with RBI knowledge.
• SOP design and process automation experience.
• People management and cross-functional leadership.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish end to end operational workflows for Retail Asset Loan Product
• Develop and Execute SOPs, Operational policies, Checklist and Service level benchmarks
• Drive daily Productivity and TAT management with strong governance dashboards
• Lead UAT, BRD Creation and technology enhancement across Operational Modules
• Partner with Tech teams and other stakeholders to streamline system interfaces
• Build and Lead a high performing Operations team
• Drive capability building, process training, task allocation and productivity improvements
• Foster team culture of operational excellence, accountability, responsibility and collaboration

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum Graduate / Postgraduate with 14+ years NBFC / Banking experience


• Strong domain knowledge of NBFC Operational life cycle (Loan Origination to closure )


• Understanding of RBI regulatory frameworks and Operational Risk Controls


• Familiar with LOS and LMS platforms


• Process driven mindset with SOP design and system automations


• Excellent people management ,cross functional coordination and communication skills
