Job summary

Satin Finserv is seeking an experienced leader to head end-to-end disbursement operations for Secured Business Loans, LAP, and Mortgage/Auto loans. You will manage a team, ensure compliance, and drive efficiency across documentation, KYC, and mortgage processing.

The role emphasizes risk management, stakeholder coordination, and continuous process improvement with a focus on quality and timely service levels.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in LAP, Mortgage Loans, Secured Lending, Housing Finance, or NBFC Operations.
• Minimum 2–3 years experience in team handling.
• Strong exposure to disbursement operations, documentation, mortgage processing, compliance, and operational risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee end-to-end disbursement operations for secured loans (LAP, Mortgage, Auto) and ensure timely processing.
• Manage team performance, drive efficiency, and ensure adherence to regulatory and internal controls.
• Oversee documentation, KYC, mortgage creation, and risk controls across operations.
• Ensure MIS, reporting, and analytics for stakeholders; drive process improvements and automation.
• Maintain regulatory compliance, audit readiness, and ongoing risk management.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and insurance/fee management teams as needed.
• Monitor quality assurance and implement improvements in process workflows.
• Lead training and development for the operations team; drive ownership and accountability.
