Job summary

Alankit is seeking an Operations & Loan Processing Manager to oversee end-to-end loan operations, ensuring efficient processing, documentation, disbursement, and servicing while maintaining regulatory compliance and audit readiness.

The role requires verifying customer documentation, ensuring timely disbursements within defined TATs, managing post-disbursement activities, and coordinating with credit, sales, legal and collections to improve productivity and customer experience.

Preferred Experience: 5-8 years in NBFC/Bank loan operations
