Job summary

SA Technologies Inc. in Bangalore, India, is hiring an MS Exchange specialist to support Exchange on-premises and migrate to Exchange Online.

You will handle mailbox post-migration support, work with mobility products, and collaborate with cross-functional teams on messaging infrastructure. The role requires strong networking fundamentals, AD proficiency, and scripting basics (PowerShell/VBScript); experience with AirWatch/Intune/Mobility is a plus.

Qualifications

• Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Exchange and Mobility products (BlackBerry/AirWatch).
• Strong networking concepts: DHCP, DNS, WINS, and Active Directory.
• Experience with migrations from Exchange on-premises to Exchange Online.
• Experience post-migration mailbox support to the cloud.

Responsibilities

• Work under pressure in fast-paced environment to resolve issues quickly and ensure the daily operation is smooth.
• Very good understanding of Microsoft Exchange and Mobility topics.
• Sound knowledge of Exchange and AD platform.
• DHCP, DNS, WINS, and Active Directory knowledge is a must.
• Sound knowledge in networking concepts
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Perform periodic house cleaning tasks.
• Work with cross functional infrastructure teams to setup, mange and administration of Messaging infrastructure.
• Participate in Audits and provides appropriate information
• Participate in EUS infrastructure project and executes as per the project schedule
• Participate in appropriate regional activities / discussions / projects and meetings
• Knowledge of Cisco IronPort would be an added advantage
• Working experience on mobility topics like AirWatch, Workspace One, Intune will have added advantage
• Knowledge of scripting – PowerShell, VB script etc.
• Experience on project handling
