Tech Stack: Exchange 2016/2019, Exchange Online (Office 365), Hybrid Agent & Classic Hybrid, PowerShell, DAG design, full tenant-to-tenant migrations with Quest On-Demand Migration, and advanced Azure AD Connect troubleshooting.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Manage, monitor, and maintain Exchange On-Premises (2013/2016/2019) and Exchange Online.
• Administer mailboxes, policies, connectors, and security settings across the hybrid Exchange environment.
• Support hybrid configurations, troubleshooting mail flow, delivery, mobile device access, and mailbox performance.
• Perform mailbox migrations (cutover, staged, hybrid) and user lifecycle operations.
• Implement and manage email security (anti-spam, anti-phishing, DLP).
• Automate tasks and reporting using PowerShell; maintain documentation.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry standards.
• Expertise in Quest On-Demand Migration, PowerShell automation, and hybrid design.
• Proven track record of multi-tenant and cross-forest consolidations.
• Strong expertise in hybrid identity and messaging environments.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and automation with PowerShell.
• Solid understanding of security best practices, compliance, and DR planning.
• Experience coordinating with Microsoft support for escalations and issue resolution.
