SA Technologies Inc. seeks an experienced IBM Middleware Platform Specialist to manage and optimize enterprise integration platforms built on IBM technologies in Bangalore South.

You will ensure reliable data exchange, maintain middleware stability, and support API and messaging-based integrations within a complex enterprise environment. The role requires 5+ years in middleware/ integration platforms, hands-on IBM MQ, IIB/ACE, and strong understanding of messaging systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in middleware or integration platforms.
• Strong hands-on experience with IBM MQ.
• Experience with IBM Integration Bus (IIB) / IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE).
• Knowledge of messaging systems and enterprise integration patterns.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and web services.
• Familiarity with Linux/Unix environments.
• Experience in production support and incident management.

Responsabilités

• Administer, support, and maintain IBM middleware platforms (IBM MQ, IBM Integration Bus / App Connect Enterprise).
• Design and manage enterprise system integrations using IBM middleware tools.
• Monitor middleware infrastructure for performance, availability, and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve messaging, integration flows, and API failures.
• Manage message queues, brokers, and integration pipelines.
• Collaborate with application, infrastructure, and development teams for integration delivery.
• Support production deployments, configurations, and release activities.
• Perform incident management, RCA, and problem resolution.
• Ensure adherence to integration standards, security, and best practices.
• Maintain technical documentation for integration architecture and workflows.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced IBM Middleware Platform Specialist to manage, support, and optimize enterprise integration platforms built on IBM technologies. The role involves ensuring reliable data exchange between systems, maintaining middleware stability, and supporting API and messaging-based integrations in a complex enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer, support, and maintain IBM middleware platforms (IBM MQ, IBM Integration Bus / App Connect, ACE, etc.)
• Design and manage enterprise system integrations using IBM middleware tools
• Monitor middleware infrastructure for performance, availability, and reliability
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to messaging, integration flows, and API failures
• Manage message queues, brokers, and integration pipelines
• Collaborate with application, infrastructure, and development teams for integration delivery
• Support production deployments, configurations, and release activities
• Perform incident management, RCA, and problem resolution
• Ensure adherence to integration standards, security, and best practices

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in middleware or integration platforms
• Strong hands-on experience with IBM MQ
• Experience with IBM Integration Bus (IIB) / IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE)
• Strong understanding of messaging systems and enterprise integration patterns
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and web services
• Knowledge of Linux/Unix environments
• Experience in production support and incident management

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with IBM API Connect
• Knowledge of Kafka or other messaging platforms
• Exposure to cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Experience in DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines
• ITIL certification or ITSM experience
• Experience in large-scale enterprise or banking environments
