Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 support for Microsoft Exchange environments, ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mail flow, mailbox, mobility, and directory-related issues under pressure in fast-paced environments.
• Perform periodic housekeeping tasks and ensure optimal system performance.
• Manage and administer Exchange and AD platforms in collaboration with cross-functional infrastructure teams.
• Participate in audits, provide necessary documentation, and support compliance requirements.
• Support and execute EUS infrastructure projects and contribute to regional/global initiatives.
• Participate in Exchange migrations (on-premises to Exchange Online) and provide post-migration support.
• Contribute to infrastructure discussions, planning, and improvement projects.

Mandatory Skills

• Strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Exchange (On-Prem & Online).
• Good understanding of Mobility products (AirWatch, Workspace One, Intune, BlackBerry).
• Sound knowledge of Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, and WINS.
• Strong understanding of networking concepts related to messaging infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience in Exchange migrations and mailbox support post-migration.
• Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell, VBScript) for automation and administration.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with ability to resolve critical issues.

Good to Have

• Knowledge of Cisco IronPort or other email security gateways.
• Experience with project handling and execution.
• Exposure to cloud integration with Exchange Online and M365.
