Job summary

TymblHub in Bangalore is seeking a Senior SSE-O365 with 10-12 years in IT to provide advanced Level-3 support for Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Entra ID. You will manage mail flow, migrations, and hybrid deployments, while handling P1/P2 incidents and driving RCA and post-incident reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide L3 support for Microsoft 365 services.
• Troubleshoot complex issues related to Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Entra ID (Azure AD), Microsoft Intune.
• Manage mail flow, connectors, transport rules, and mailbox migrations.
• Support hybrid environments (Exchange Hybrid, AAD Connect).
• Handle critical P1/P2 incidents.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and create post-incident reports.
• Work with Microsoft Support for product-related issues.
• Drive problem management and preventive actions.
• Conditional Access Policies MFA SSO Identity Governance Monitor and respond to security incidents.
• Implement Microsoft Defender and security best practices.
• Develop automation using PowerShell.
• Create scripts for administration, reporting, and monitoring.
• Improve operational efficiency through process automation.
• Provide technical guidance to L1/L2 teams.
• Participate in change, release, and capacity management.
• Prepare technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articles.
