Job summary

A leading telecommunications provider in Navi Mumbai is looking for an Associate to manage MS Exchange applications and servers. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of Microsoft Exchange 2019 and M365 solutions, as well as troubleshooting skills on Exchange servers. Job description

Responsibilities

• To Manage MS Exchange applications and servers.
• To create\delete\modify mailboxes and distribution list as per requirement
• Coordinating with Data centre team for backup task and firmware upgrades.
• Ensuring patch management on all MS Exchange servers.
• Preparing multiple reports and document as per management requirements.
• Ticket resolution in service desk portal.
• Coordinate & communicate with the engineers spread across various sites for troubleshooting related issues and to handle escalated issues.

Skills Required (Knowledge and Skills)

• Working knowledge on Microsoft Exchange 2019.
• Knowledge of M365 solution.
• Troubleshooting skills on Exchange server 2019 or above.
• Good knowledge on Exchange DAG, Fail over concepts, Accepted domains, RBAC, IIS logs, Mail Flow Architecture.
• Should have good knowledge of Windows 2019.
• Knowledge of using Monitoring Tools.
• Quick learner and good team player.
• Able to effectively prioritize tasks based on severity.
