Job summary

Dentalkart is seeking an experienced Merchandising Lead – Onsite Experience & Conversion to own and optimize the complete onsite and in-app shopping journey. You will drive conversion, optimize search, banners, and product ranking through data-backed experimentation.

Lead end-to-end experimentation using GA4, Microsoft Clarity and onsite search analytics, and collaborate with Category, Creative and Marketing teams to maximize revenue.

Qualifications

• Experience leading merchandising and optimization for onsite and in-app shopping.
• Proven ability to drive conversion through experimentation and analytics.
• Strong collaboration with Category, Creative and Marketing teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete onsite and in-app merchandising experience across homepage, category pages, search, PDPs.
• Drive end-to-end conversion optimization from landing page to checkout.
• Optimize banners, collections, product ranking, sorting, cross-sell and upsell placements.
• Analyze customer behavior using GA4, Clarity and onsite search analytics.
• Run A/B tests and continuous experimentation to improve conversion.
• Improve onsite search relevance using Typesense or similar search platforms.
• Define merchandising rules for inventory visibility, stock management and out-of-stock handling.
• Collaborate with Category, Creative, and Marketing teams to maximize conversion and customer experience.

This role is responsible for improving customer journeys, increasing conversion rates, optimizing search and merchandising, and driving revenue through data-backed experimentation.

Requirements

• O wn the complete onsite and in-app merchandising experience including homepage, category pages, search, product listing pages, and product detail pages (PDP).
• Drive end-to-end conversion optimization from landing page to checkout.
• Optimize banners, collections, product ranking, sorting, cross-sell, and upsell placements.
• Analyze customer behavior using GA4, Microsoft Clarity, and onsite search analytics.
• Run A/B tests and continuous experimentation to improve conversion.
• Improve onsite search relevance using Typesense or similar search platforms.
• Enhance product detail pages with better content, images, offers, and product information.
• Define merchandising rules for inventory visibility, stock management, and out-of-stock handling.
• Collaborate with Category, Creative, and Marketing teams to maximize conversion and customer experience.
