Job summary

Zoho in Delhi is seeking an experienced Merchandising Lead – Onsite Experience & Conversion to own the complete onsite and in-app shopping journey, from homepage to PDP, and to drive revenue through data-driven experiments.

You will optimize banners, collections, product ranking, and search relevance using GA4, Microsoft Clarity, and Typesense, run A/B tests, and collaborate with Marketing and Category teams in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• Own the complete onsite and in-app merchandising experience across homepage, category pages, search, and PDP.
• Drive end-to-end conversion optimization from landing page to checkout.
• Analyze customer behavior with GA4, Clarity, and onsite search analytics.
• Run A/B tests and continuous experimentation to improve conversion.
• Improve onsite search relevance using Typesense or similar platforms.
• Define merchandising rules for inventory visibility and stock handling.
