Job summary

Qualifications

Understands the customer tender, drafting requirements of Key clients and performs/updates the tasks/steps in the system as illustrated without any supervision. Performs audits of work performed by Team member Sales.

You will be responsible to:

• Perform transactional activities/supports activities including service information updates, surcharge updates, line creation and pricing in MARS like to Key clients.
• Perform system processing as per defined guidelines/standard operating procedures.
• Respond to all enquiries in a timely and accurate manner.
• Highlight issues, if any, and requests corrective action from supervisor.
• Communicate with stakeholders regarding process issues if required.
• Makes recommendations and suggestions on how to improve processes and procedures.

We are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance or any other similar discipline.
• 3 – 4 years of prior experience in Tender & Contract Management process (must have).
• Analytical, process management, and data management.
• Expert Level knowledge – Contracting & Invoicing in SAP especially of SD Module (must have).
• Proficiency in Excel VBA Coding & Data Analytics using excel (good to have).
• Good understanding of sales process would be an advantage.
• Good understanding SCM business would be advantageous.
