Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance or related discipline.
• Must have 3–4 years of Tender & Contract Management experience.
• Expert level SAP contracting & invoicing knowledge (SD module).
• Proficiency in Excel VBA and data analytics is a plus.
• In-depth understanding of sales processes and SCM is advantageous.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle transactional activities including updates in system for key clients.
• Perform system processing per SOPs and guidelines.
• Respond to inquiries timely and accurately.
• Flag issues to supervisor and request corrective actions.
• Communicate process issues with stakeholders as needed.
• Suggest process improvements and efficiencies.

Understands the customer tender, drafting requirements of Key clients
and performs/updates the tasks/steps in the system as illustrated
without any supervision. Performs audits of work performed by Team
member Sales.

You will be responsible to

• Perform transactional activities/supports activities including service information updates, surcharge updates, line creation and pricing in MARS like to Key clients.
• Perform system processing as per defined guidelines/standard operating procedures.
• Respond to all enquiries in a timely and accurate manner.
• Highlight issues, if any, and requests corrective action from supervisor.
• Communicate with stakeholders regarding process issues if required.
• Makes recommendations and suggestions on how to improve processes and procedures.

We are looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance or any other similar discipline 3 – 4 years of prior experience in Tender & Contract Management process (must have)
• Analytical, process management, and data management.
• Expert Level knowledge – Contracting & Invoicing in SAP especially of SD Module (must have) Proficiency in Excel VBA Coding & Data Analytics using excel (good to have)
• Good understanding of sales process would be an advantage Good understanding SCM business would be advantageous
• Influencing without authority, Stakeholder management, Strong communication skills Collaboration and problem-solving skills Customer focus, Self-Motivated, Drive for results, Ability to work under pressure Structured & process driven MS Office System knowledge.
