Job summary

Maersk in India is seeking a Team Lead - Tender & Contract Management to lead a dynamic team responsible for end-to-end quote-to-contract execution, ensuring timely and high-quality tender delivery.

You will partner with Sales, Product, CSP, and Operations to align commercial objectives, drive governance, reduce defects, and implement process improvements, including automation and AI-enabled ways of working.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Tender Management, Contract Management, Commercial Operations, Customer Service, or related functions.
• 3+ years of people management experience leading teams of 15+ employees.
• Proven stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience driving operational excellence, process improvement, or transformation initiatives.

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Tender & Contract Management professionals.
• Own end-to-end tender and contract execution, ensuring quality, accuracy, and TAT compliance.
