Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance or similar discipline.
• 3–4 years of experience in Tender & Contract Management.
• Expert level knowledge – Contracting & Invoicing in SAP (SD module). Proficiency in Excel VBA coding & data analytics.
• Good understanding of sales process and SCM would be advantageous.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform transactional activities including service information updates, surcharge updates, line creation and pricing in MARS for Key clients.
• Perform system processing as per defined guidelines/standard operating procedures.
• Respond to all inquiries in a timely and accurate manner.
• Highlight issues and request corrective action from supervisor.
• Communicate with stakeholders regarding process issues as required.
• Make recommendations to improve processes and procedures.

Understands the customer tender, drafting requirements of Key clients
and performs/updates the tasks/steps in the system as illustrated
without any supervision. Performs audits of work performed by Team
member Sales.

You will be responsible to:

We are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance or any other similar discipline 3 – 4 years of prior experience in Tender & Contract Management process (must have)

• Analytical, process management, and data management.

• Expert Level knowledge – Contracting & Invoicing in SAP especially of SD Module (must have) Proficiency in Excel VBA Coding & Data Analytics using excel (good to have)

• Good understanding of sales process would be an advantage Good understanding SCM business would be advantageous
