Job summary

A.P. Moller Maersk is seeking a Contract Management professional in Navi Mumbai to handle tender requirements, update system records, and perform audits with supervision. The role requires strong analytical skills, SAP SD expertise, and a proactive mindset to drive process improvements across the team.

You will interact with stakeholders, respond to inquiries, and ensure compliance with SOPs. A 3–4 year background in tender management and finance is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance or similar field and 3–4 years in Tender Contract Management.
• Experience with SAP SD module for contracting and invoicing processes.
• Proficiency in Excel VBA and data analytics to support pricing and audits.

Understands the customer tender, drafting requirements of Key clients
and performs/updates the tasks/steps in the system as illustrated
without any supervision. Performs audits of work performed by Team
member Sales.

You will be responsible to:

• Perform transactional activities/supports activities including service information updates, surcharge updates, line creation and pricing in MARS like to Key clients.

• Perform system processing as per defined guidelines/standard operating procedures.

• Respond to all enquiries in a timely and accurate manner.

• Highlight issues, if any, and requests corrective action from supervisor.

• Communicate with stakeholders regarding process issues if required.

• Makes recommendations and suggestions on how to improve processes and procedures.

We are looking for:

• Bachelor s degree in business administration, Finance or any other similar discipline 3 - 4 years of prior experience in Tender Contract Management process (must have)

• Analytical, process management, and data management.

• Expert Level knowledge - Contracting Invoicing in SAP especially of SD Module (must have) Pro ciency in Excel VBA Coding Data Analytics using excel (good to have)

• Good understanding of sales process would be an advantage Good understanding SCM business would be advantageous
