Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required; certifications in L&D or Organizational Development are an advantage.
• 5–6 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or Organizational Development.
• Experience in independently designing and managing L&D initiatives.
• Strong understanding of learning needs analysis, training design, and adult learning principles.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, stakeholder management and project management skills.
• Self-driven, proactive and comfortable building processes and frameworks from the ground up.

Role Learning & Development (L&D) Lead | Location - Marol, Mumbai

About the Role

Writer Information is looking for a Learning & Development professional to lead and manage the organization's learning agenda. This role will be responsible for identifying capability gaps, designing and delivering learning interventions, and building a structured L&D framework aligned with business objectives.

The ideal candidate will be a hands-on individual contributor who can independently drive the end-to-end learning lifecycle while partnering closely with business leaders and HR stakeholders.
