Qualifications

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT requirements.
• Source candidates through portals like Naukri and LinkedIn.
• Screen resumes and evaluate candidates based on client requirements.
• Coordinate interviews and feedback with clients and recruiters.
• Lead and support the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets.
• Track submissions, interviews, offers, and joinings.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and prepare daily/weekly reports.
• Use MS Excel for data management and reporting.
• Update candidate details and recruitment status in ATS and internal systems.

• Need 4-5 Experience, with Lead 6months+ relavent exp
• Understand job descriptions and identify suitable candidates.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
• Screen resumes and evaluate candidates based on client requirements.
• Coordinate with clients and recruiters for interview schedules and feedback.
• Lead and support the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets.
• Track candidate submissions, interviews, offers, and joinings.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and prepare daily/weekly reports.
• Use Excel for data management, reporting, and recruitment tracking.
• Update candidate details and recruitment status in the ATS and internal systems.
• Ensure data accuracy and timely updates in recruitment systems.
• Follow up with candidates until they join.
