Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
• 4+ years of experience as HRBP/similar HR Generalist role.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and engagement skills.
• Experience with ER, grievances, and workplace investigations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders and key stakeholders to guide HR initiatives.
• Enable feedback forums and strong employee connect through structured sessions.
• Act as point of contact for employees; manage ER, grievances, and investigations.
• Drive engagement and rewards initiatives across cohorts to improve experience.
• Support workforce planning and end-to-end lifecycle processes.

The HR Business Partner works closely with business leaders and employees across functions, driving people strategies that enhance organizational effectiveness, employee experience, and business performance.

This role supports both business and people priorities by driving key HR processes, fostering meaning employee experiences and building strong partnerships across teams. Through collaboration and partnering, it serves as a critical link between the HR and the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders and key stakeholders across functions to understand business, and guide them through key HR initiatives and programmes


• Enable continuous feedback and foster employee connect through structured forums such as 4-3-2 Connects, Samvaad sessions, skip-level interactions, and exit discussions.


• Act as a trusted point of contact for employees, manage employee relations (ER), employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace investigations.


• Drive employee engagement and rewards & recognition initiatives across cohorts to strengthen employee experience


• Support workforce planning and manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, induction, integration, confirmations, transfers, and other talent movements


• Explore and apply analytics and AI to create dashboards, decks, and improve data visibility


• Partner with relevant teams to ensure adherence to HR policies, processes, and frameworks while promoting compliance across the organization.

Educational Qualifications

MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification

Relevant Work Experience

4+ years of experience as HRBP/similar HR Generalist role
