Job summary

Shashwath Solution is seeking a marketing support executive to generate leads in India, support exhibitions, manage email campaigns, and prepare collaterals such as catalogs and presentations. The role includes coordinating with trade portals for visibility and handling lead tracking and reporting.

Requirements include 1–2 years in industrial lead generation or willingness to be trained, strong English, and a proactive, self-driven approach.

• English proficiency; multilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads in the targeted region.
• Support marketing for exhibitions/events (stall design and layout).
• Execute email campaigns and mass mailers.
• Prepare collaterals: catalogs, presentations, digital content, photos/videos, white papers.
• Coordinate with trade portals and tender portals for visibility and inquiries.
• Lead tracking, follow-up, and reporting.
• Provide marketing-related customer support.

Job description

What we expect you to do:

• To generate leads in the targeted region through various means


• Supporting marketing function on activities for participating in domestic/international exhibitions/events i.e. stall design & layout, stall theme etc.


• Email marketing campaigns, mass emailers to prospects


• To support for Preparing collaterals i.e. product catalogs, company & product presentations, preparing content for digital marketing, value proposition presentations, product photos & videos, white papers


• Coordinating with trade portals/tender portals for better visibility and enquiry inflow


• Lead tracking, follow-up, and reporting


• Customer support activities related to marketing
