Job summary

Shining Stars Institution & travels in Lucknow is seeking a US Outbound Sales Executive to generate leads and drive revenue. You will make outbound calls to US-based customers, understand needs, and propose suitable solutions to close sales opportunities.

Ideal candidates have experience in SSDI/ACA/Final Expense or related insurance sectors, strong communication skills, and a target-driven mindset. Night shifts from 7:30 AM to 04:30 AM IST are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate or undergraduate candidates may apply.
• Experience in SSDI, ACA, Final Expense, Debt Settlement, telecom, insurance, solar, or sales is a plus.
• Freshers with strong communication skills may be considered.

Responsibilities

The US Outbound Sales Executive is responsible for generating leads/sales through outbound calls to US-based customers on multiple campgains. The role focuses on lead conversion, relationship building, and achieving revenue targets while delivering a professional customer experience in line with compliance and quality standards. Candidates from SSDI , ACA , Final Expense , Pest ,Auto and Home Insurance experience will be preferred. Fixed night shifts from 7:30 AM to 04:30 AM

Key Responsibilities

Outbound Sales & Lead Conversion

• Make outbound calls to US customers to promote products or services
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
• Generate qualified leads and close sales opportunities
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

Quality & Performance

• Maintain high call quality, conversion rate, and customer satisfaction
• Participate in sales coaching, training, and calibration sessions
• Implement feedback to improve performance

Reporting & Coordination

• Update sales reports and trackers on a regular basis
• Coordinate with supervisors and team leaders for performance improvement

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Sales revenue and conversion rate
