Appy Pie Ltd in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, is hiring for an outbound sales role to build our US customer base.

You will make 60–80 outbound calls per shift, qualify prospects against our fit criteria, book qualified meetings for the senior team, and log every detail in the CRM.

This is a permanent night shift (6:30 PM–3:30 AM IST, Mon–Fri) with company cab, coaching, and clear progression into senior sales roles; South Delhi candidates are encouraged.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years in outbound calling, international sales, or a US voice process.
• Clear, confident spoken English and a neutral accent that US customers understand easily.
• Genuine resilience — the ability to be told no repeatedly and pick up the phone again.
• Strong listening skills; able to ask a second and third question rather than reciting a pitch.
• Comfortable working a permanent night shift from Noida or South Delhi office.
• Basic comfort with CRM tools and everyday digital software.

Responsibilities

• Make 60–80 outbound calls per shift to US-based SMBs, plus email and LinkedIn outreach.
• Open conversations with unprepared contacts and earn the right to the next few minutes.
• Qualify prospects against our fit criteria — business type, size, tooling, intent and budget.
• Book qualified meetings for the senior sales team and hand over clean, documented context.
• Log every call, outcome and next step in the CRM during the shift.
• Learn the products to connect customer problems to our solutions.
• Handle objections and rejection while maintaining warmth and momentum.
• Share market feedback in daily standups to help the team improve.
• Follow US calling and email regulations and the trained guidelines.

Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh (work from office), with a South Delhi office under consideration for this team. Company cab provided; candidates based in South Delhi and surrounding areas are especially encouraged to apply, as our night transport route covers this corridor. About the role

We are building a dedicated outbound sales team to grow our US customer base.

This is a hunting role. You will be the first human contact a prospective customer has with us: researching accounts, making the first call, earning a conversation, and booking qualified meetings. You will not be waiting for leads to come to you.

We are hiring five to six people into this team at the same time, so you will ramp alongside peers rather than alone, with structured coaching from day one.

What you will do

• Make 60–80 outbound calls per shift to US-based small and mid-sized businesses, alongside supporting email and LinkedIn outreach
• Open conversations with people who were not expecting your call, and earn the right to the next few minutes
• Qualify prospects against our fit criteria — business type, size, current tooling, intent and budget
• Book qualified meetings for the senior sales team and hand over clean, well-documented context
• Log every call, outcome and next step in the CRM the same shift, without exception
• Learn the products well enough to connect a customer's actual problem to what we do
• Handle objections and rejection without losing warmth or momentum
• Share what you are hearing from the market in daily standups so the team gets better together
• Follow all applicable US calling and email regulations, and the call guidelines you will be trained on

What we are looking for

Essential

• 0–3 years in outbound calling, international sales, or a US voice process
• Clear, confident spoken English and a neutral accent that US customers understand easily
• Genuine resilience — the ability to be told no repeatedly and pick up the phone again
• Strong listening skills; able to ask a second and third question rather than reciting a pitch
• Comfortable working a permanent night shift from our Noida or South Delhi office
• Basic comfort with CRM tools and everyday digital software
• Graduate in any discipline
• English fluency sufficient to hold an unscripted business conversation with a US decision-maker

Preferred

• Schooling from a reputed Delhi school, international school or undergraduate/postgraduate study at a university in the UK or US
• Prior exposure to Western business culture, whether through study, work or an international process
• Experience selling SaaS, software or a subscription product
• Experience selling into the US market specifically

Working hours and shift

This role operates on a permanent night shift, 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST, Monday to Friday, aligned to US Eastern business hours.

The team is currently based at our Noida office. We are actively considering a dedicated South Delhi location for this team, and will confirm the final base before you join. If commuting to Noida is a concern for you, raise it at interview rather than ruling yourself out.

For colleagues working the night shift we provide door-to-door transport. Night shift working is subject to your written consent as required under applicable law.
