Jesseena Marine Services in Thane, Maharashtra, is seeking a Telecaller / Lead Generation Executive to join our team. The role is office-based with working hours from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Mondays to Saturdays. Candidates should have strong English communication, and fluency in Hindi and Marathi is preferred.

Gujarati will be an added advantage. The candidate will generate and qualify leads, make outbound calls, schedule appointments for the investment team, and maintain detailed call records.

Formación

• Graduate with 12 years of experience in outbound calling, telesales, or lead generation.
• Excellent spoken English with clear pronunciation and strong communication skills.
• Fluency in Hindi and Marathi preferred; Gujarati an added advantage.

Job Opening: Telecaller / Lead Generation Executive

Location: Thane, Maharashtra

Work Mode: Work from Office

Salary: 22,00035,000 per month + performance-based incentives

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Eligibility Criteria:

• Any graduate with 12 years of experience in outbound calling, telesales, or lead generation.
• Excellent spoken English, clear pronunciation, and strong communication skills are mandatory.
• Fluency in Hindi and Marathi is preferred. Gujarati will be an added advantage.
• Experience in financial services, banking, insurance, mutual funds, or wealth management is preferred.
• Ability to generate leads, follow up with prospects, and schedule appointments.
• Candidates residing in Thane, Ghatkopar, Chembur, or nearby areas are preferred.
