Job summary

Reliance Industries Limited is seeking an experienced hospitality professional to manage end-to-end F&B operations at our Dahej, Vadodara and Hazira sites. The role requires delivering hotel-like standards F&B services and a seamless guest experience.

In this position you will oversee menu planning, food quality, hygiene, service standards, budget management and vendor oversight across multiple properties, while leading large teams and ensuring compliance with safety norms.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of experience in hotel operations / hospitality / F&B management
• Strong exposure to F&B operations
• Demonstrated leadership in managing large teams and multiple facilities
• Excellent stakeholder management and service orientation

Ideal Candidate Profile:
