Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Project Lead - Facility Management to plan, execute, and deliver facility projects across locations in Bengaluru. You will oversee new office setups, renovations, and infrastructure upgrades while ensuring quality and compliance.

You will manage budgets, schedule plans, coordinate vendors and contractors, and report progress to leadership. The role requires strong stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and documentation to ensure smooth handovers to operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end facility management projects, including new office setups, expansions, renovations, and infrastructure upgrades.
• Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation strategies.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery within approved budgets.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans to avoid delays.
• Collaborate with business leaders, workplace services teams, procurement, finance, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements.
• Conduct regular project review meetings and provide status updates to leadership.
• Ensure alignment between business expectations and project deliverables.
• Manage external vendors, consultants, contractors, and service providers.
• Review project deliverables, monitor vendor performance, and ensure adherence to service standards.
• Facilitate contract execution and vendor compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare project budgets, cost estimates, and expenditure forecasts.
• Track project expenses and ensure cost optimization without compromising quality.
• Validate invoices and manage project-related financial reporting.
• Ensure projects comply with safety regulations, statutory requirements, and organizational policies.
• Maintain project documentation, reports, approvals, and compliance records.
• Conduct site inspections and quality audits throughout project execution.
• Oversee project closure, testing, commissioning, and handover processes.
• Ensure smooth operational readiness and transition to facility operations teams.
• Monitor post-implementation issues and drive timely resolution.
