Job summary

Windows Consultants is seeking an experienced Facility Management lead to manage end-to-end operations at the client site in Gurugram. You will oversee corporate office facilities, including M&E, housekeeping, and workplace services, while leading onsite teams, vendors and subcontractors to ensure smooth operations.

The role requires managing vendors, AMCs, contracts, SLAs, KPIs and service performance, ensuring timely preventive and corrective maintenance, and driving continuous improvement,

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Facility Management operations at the client site.
• Handle Corporate Office facilities, including M&E, housekeeping, maintenance and workplace services.
• Lead onsite teams, vendors and subcontractors to ensure smooth operations.
• Manage vendors, AMCs, contracts, SLAs, KPIs and service performance.
• Ensure timely completion of preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Drive service quality, operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
• Manage client relationships, escalations and review meetings.
• Monitor OPEX, expenses, invoices, budgeting and cost saving initiatives.
• Ensure statutory, safety, quality and operational compliance.
• Prepare and review MIS, dashboards and monthly performance reports.
• Manage emergency response, safety drills, risks and incident escalations.
