We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive – Civil Projects & Facilities to oversee civil construction, infrastructure development, and facility maintenance across our premises. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are executed efficiently, safely, and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute civil construction and renovation projects.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with contractors, architects, and vendors to ensure timely completion.
• Conduct regular site inspections to track progress and quality.
• Oversee maintenance of buildings, utilities, office spaces, and factory infrastructure.
• Ensure optimal functioning of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other facility systems.
• Implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable contractors and service providers.
• Review quotations, negotiate contracts, and control project costs.
• Ensure contractor compliance with safety and company standards.
