Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking an experienced SAP EWM functional consultant in Bengaluru with around 10 years of SAP experience focused on S/4 EWM. The role emphasizes inbound/outbound processes, warehousing and complex project delivery across multiple full lifecycle implementations.

You will lead business analysis, work closely with stakeholders, and ensure cross-team collaboration with data, change management and infra teams. Strong communication in English is essential.

Qualifications

• 10 years SAP experience as functional consultant on SAP S/4–EWM
• Hands-on experience with EWM; inbound/outbound, warehousing and distribution
• Completed 1+ full lifecycle SAP implementations of EWM in warehouse environments
• Completed 2+ full lifecycle SAP implementations of Inventory Management and Warehouse Management
• Strong ability to lead business analysis and manage stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Design and configure the SAP S/4 system with the Scrum team
• Address and proactively manage inter-team dependencies across Scrum teams
• Gather requirements, coordinate testing, document workflows and create functional designs for solutions
• Liaise with stakeholders and the technical team to translate needs into integrated solutions
• Collaborate with Data, Change Management and Infrastructure teams on enabling activities

Technical Competencies:

Around 10 years of SAP experience as functional consultant on complex and multiple projects (Core template

design / build / validation, roll-out and support) in the area of SAP S/4 – EWM with hands-on experience on the following

areas

• at least 2-3 years of experience working with SAP EWM
• Subject matter expert with supply chain processes for warehousing, distribution and
• transportation
• Completion of 1+ full lifecycle SAP implementations of EWM in a warehouse environment
• Completion of 2+ full lifecycle SAP implementations of Inventory Management and Warehouse Management in a warehouse environment
• EWM experience with Inbound and Outbound processes
• Packaging Specifications
• Strong integration experience between EWM-PP and EWM-QM

Job Skills Requirements

• Solid understanding of software development lifecycles (i.e. Agile, SCRUM, Iterative)
• SAP S/4 Certification/s on Warehouse management module
• Strong ability to handle complex, high profile projects. Complexity drivers include: multiple integrated systems where new requirements need to be traced through the inter-related systems; multiple stakeholders across several departments; etc.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to define the business need within the context of the project and then translate the need into requirements.
• Excellent ability to partner in the business change and tackle projects across multiple process domains . Proven ability to lead the overall business analysis effort on large projects which demand multiple business analysts to delivery.
• Proven ability to develop best practices for requirements gathering.
• Fluent in English and primary language used in area of responsibility and/or location

Responsibilty

• Work with Scrum team to deign, configure the SAP S/4 system
• Address and proactivity work on Inter team dependency across scrum teams
• On your typical engagement, you will work with the key stakeholders to understand their needs and advise on SAP system capabilities. You will initiate the requirement gathering, testing, complete the workflow and documentation, as well as the functional design of the solution. Liaise with the stakeholders and technical team to translate needs into business solutions and complete the configurations and/or integrations with SAP and non-SAP systems.
• Work with Data, Change management and Infrastructure team on enabling activities

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field, or equivalent education and experience
