Role Overview

Lead Developer – Experience Required: 10-12 years. Location: Mumbai.

Required Technical Skill Set

• Hands on exposure on HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, XML, Phaser JS.
• Exposure in developing immersive games using AR / VR / 360 VR.
• Good communication skills.
• Attitude to work and deliver with a virtually connected team.
• Relevant experience of at least 10+ years.
• Ability to lead a team of passionate developers.

Roles and Responsibilities

• To create and develop games, simulations with augmented reality, and virtual reality experiences for education.
• To manage a team of enthusiastic developers who are eager to create innovative benchmarking games.
• Facilitate effective communication with both internal and external development teams to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.
• Interpret design and style guidelines from the design team and convert them into functional SCORM‑compliant products, ensuring compatibility across browsers, devices, and performance optimization.
• Support process enhancements by introducing innovative concepts and advanced methodologies to optimize design and development activities, such as implementing agile methodologies, automation tools, or collaborative platforms.
• Leverage new technologies, industry best practices, and multidisciplinary strategies to enhance productivity, reduce errors, and deliver higher quality outcomes.
• Remain updated with current industry trends in game development, especially educational games.
• Address and resolve daily delivery escalations to uphold service level agreements (SLA).
• Contribute to product advancement by providing insights and experiences to both product engineering and quality assurance teams.
