Job summary

PlaySimple Games in Bangalore North, India invites an experienced Game Designer to own the design, balance, and delivery of features across titles. You will collaborate with designers, PMs, artists and engineers to craft a compelling gaming experience and drive playtests to refine prototypes.

We are looking for someone with 8+ years in gaming and a track record of at least two titles scaling, who can take games from concept to live ops and mentor other designers. AI tools familiarity is a plus.

• Ability to take games from concept to live ops and lead the vision.
• Experience hiring and mentoring game designers.
