Job summary

PlaySimple Games is seeking a seasoned Game Designer to shape the setting, rules, and flow of multiple titles. You will own concept development, balance features, and guide live ops from idea to release, collaborating with product managers, artists, and engineers.

You should have 8+ years in gaming, with at least two titles scaled. You will hire and mentor designers, run playtests, document designs, and drive KPI inspired decisions to keep games fresh and engaging.

• Responsible for all design-relatedresponsibilities and KPI’s for multiple games or a franchise.
• Lead benchmarking and prototyping initiativesacross teams to identify new business opportunities and provide proof ofconcept.
• Responsible for hiring and mentoring of gamedesigners.
• Adept at using AI tools, aware of the industrytrends and identifying new opportunities for improving speed, efficiency andquality.
