Job Title: Unity Developer – Team Lead

We are looking for an experienced Unity Developer – Team Lead with a strong background in building engaging multiplayer card games, fantasy sports platforms, and high-performance 3D games. Responsibilities

Lead and manage the Unity development team in building real-time multiplayer and 3D games.
Architect and develop core gameplay systems using Unity and C#.
Collaborate closely with designers, artists, and backend developers to ensure seamless development pipelines.
Optimize game performance for mobile and other platforms.
Manage project timelines, sprints, and deliverables using Agile methodologies.
Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and ensure best coding practices.
Integrate server APIs, multiplayer functionality, payment gateways, and user analytics systems.
Handle technical planning and implement risk mitigation strategies across projects.

Must-Have Skills & Experience

4 – 5 years of hands-on Unity 3D and C# development experience.
Proven track record of leading a team and delivering successful game projects.
Strong portfolio including titles in these genres:

Multiplayer Casual Games: Poker, Rummy, Ludo, Fantasy Sports
3D Games: Car Racing, Fighting Games, RPGs

Expertise in Unity animation, physics, lighting, shaders, and performance optimization.
Experience with multiplayer networking frameworks (Photon, Mirror, or custom solutions).
Familiarity with backend integrations (Node.js, Firebase, etc.).
Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
Good understanding of UI/UX design in mobile and 3D games.
Ability to lead architectural discussions, conduct code reviews, and mentor team members.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in live game operations and real-time multiplayer server management.
Knowledge of in-app purchase systems and ad integrations.
Familiarity with game analytics tools (Unity Analytics, GameAnalytics, etc.).
Experience deploying games on Android, iOS, and WebGL platforms.
Proficiency with Git, Jira, and CI/CD pipelines.
