Job Overview:

Looking for a creative and technically skilled Game Developerwith1+ years of relevant Game development experience for Junior & 5+ years of relevant Game development experience for Senior Positionsto help design and develop immersive experiences, simulations, and learning tools using Unity 3D, Unreal Engine, AR/VR, and related platforms. You'll work on projects that blend gaming technology with education, training, and social change.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop interactive applications, games, and simulations using Unity 3D, Unreal Engine, or AR/VR frameworks
• Implement and optimize game mechanics, physics, and user interactions
• Collaborate with designers, animators, and content teams to deliver compelling user experiences
• Integrate 3D models, audio, and other assets into immersive environments
• Work with mobile, web, or headset-based platforms for deployment
• Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and cross-platform compatibility
• Participate in brainstorming and prototyping of gamified learning solutions

Primary Skills (Must-Have):

• Experience in developing for Android/iOS or AR/VR headsets (Oculus, HoloLens, etc.)
• Understanding of game physics, lighting, and UI/UX in gaming
• Proficiency in C# (Unity) or C++ (Unreal)
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git)

Secondary Skills (Good-to-Have):

• Experience with ARKit, ARCore, Vuforia, or WebXR
• Exposure to 3D modeling tools (Blender, Maya) and animation pipelines
• Knowledge of multiplayer networking, game analytics, or cloud-based backends
