Responsibilities

• Works with a team to do everything from project requirement analysis to development to delivering the final product.
• The candidate will gather required data for a project, analyze it, and design a solution for how the overall final product should be developed.
• The candidate will participate actively in the development and will tap into their knowledge from 2D design, 3D modelling, texturing, rigging, and animation in addition to their main programming responsibility.
• The candidate will lead their team and define scopes of work for each member of the team.
• The candidate will interface with clients for any technical questions about the project and its status.
• The candidate will employ strong problem‑solving skills to deal with any unforeseen problems in the development cycle of the project.
• The candidate should be responsible for all decisions taken without needing to defer to a higher authority, and should be able to hit the ground running.
