As the Unity 3D/Unreal Game Development Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in leading our team of game developers to create high-quality, visually stunning, and captivating gaming experiences. You will be responsible for driving technical excellence, fostering collaboration, and ensuring the successful execution of projects from concept to launch. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and mentor a team of talented developers, drive innovation, and shape the future of our game development offerings.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of game developers in the design, development, and optimization of Unity 3D/Unreal game projects across various platforms (PC, console, mobile)
• Define and enforce game development standards, best practices, and coding guidelines to ensure the quality, performance, and scalability of game projects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including artists, designers, producers, and stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and develop technical solutions that meet game design objectives and player expectations.
• Lead the design and implementation of game mechanics, features, and systems, ensuring alignment with game design goals and technical feasibility
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to team members, conducting code reviews, knowledge-sharing sessions, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
• Stay current with emerging game development technologies, trends, and best practices, evaluating new tools and methodologies to drive innovation and efficiency
• Serve as a technical liaison between development teams, project managers, artists, and stakeholders, communicating technical requirements and providing updates on project progress

Mandatory Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Game Development, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in game development roles, with a focus on Unity 3D and/or Unreal Engine development
• Proven leadership experience, with a track record of successfully leading and managing teams in fast-paced and dynamic game development environments
• Expertise in Unity 3D and/or Unreal Engine development, including proficiency in C#, C++, or Blueprint scripting languages
• Deep understanding of game development concepts and principles, including game mechanics, physics, animation, and AI
• Experience with game development frameworks, libraries, and tools, such as Unity Asset Store, Unreal Marketplace, and version control Qualities: systems (e.g., Git)
