Qualifications

• Ability to coordinate multiple vendors and client requirements.
• Strong negotiation skills for pricing, terms, and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming leads and understand client requirements, budgets, quantities, and timelines.
• Source corporate gifting and promotional merchandise including bottles, bags, diaries, electronics, travel accessories, lifestyle products, apparel, and customized merchandise.
• Develop and manage vendors across Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, and other sourcing markets.
• Coordinate customization including UV printing, laser engraving, screen printing, embroidery, and packaging.
• Obtain quotations, negotiate MOQ, pricing, production timelines, and commercial terms.
• Prepare vendor comparison sheets and landed-cost calculations.
• Coordinate samples, approvals, production, and deliveries.
• Manage vendors closely for urgent and time-sensitive requirements.
• Ensure the right balance of quality, cost, feasibility, and delivery.
• Maintain lead, vendor, quotation, sample, and order trackers.
