Job summary

Mahindra and Mahindra Limited in Maharashtra seeks a Senior Quality Leader for automotive PV programs. You will drive accountability for field issue resolution across vehicle systems, validate strategies, provide technical leadership, and coordinate cross-functional integration to protect customers.

The role requires BE/BTech and ME/MTech with 10–15 years of experience, strong analytics, root cause analysis, and team leadership to build capability and reduce warranty costs.

Qualifications

• Primary Skills (Functional) Knowledge of Vehicle Systems, Concern analysis & resolution
• Skill of driving and identifying the concerns at vehicle / system - Expert Level
• Strong Analytical Skills to analyse the data and provide guidance for quick fix
