Job summary

Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. is seeking a senior automotive quality leader to oversee critical field issue resolution across vehicle systems and to spearhead validation strategies and cross-functional collaborations.

The role emphasizes technical leadership, containment actions, and driving improvements in safety, quality, delivery and cost. The candidate will lead teams, build capability, and coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, and service to mitigate risks and improve field quality across

Qualifications

• BE/BTech in Engineering with relevant vehicle systems exposure.
• Experience in automotive quality, manufacturing quality, or engineering.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with data-driven approach.

Responsibilities

• Own accountability for resolution of critical field issues across vehicle systems.
• Lead validation strategy and execution for platform issues.
• Provide technical leadership and system expertise.
• Coordinate cross-functional integration and collaboration.
• Drive lessons learned deployment in platform.
• Coordinate containment actions to protect customers and production.
• Lead and develop teams to build capability.
• Assess impact on SQDCC: safety, quality, delivery, cost and customer satisfaction.
• Drive actions to mitigate program risks and warranty reduction initiatives.
